He is a Marine Engineer from DMET, Calcutta and has over 20 years of maritime engineering experience in shipping companies like APJ Group and Worldwide Shipping. He is a Certified Resource person on Open Archive Initiative - MIT-HP-Dspace building digital libraries. He is involved actively in monitoring the day to day operations and management of MHR.

  Mr. Sindhi is a well known personality in the business community with more than two decades of rich business experience. He is a first generation technocrat businessman. He started his career as a Marine Engineer. He entered into business arena by setting up a 100 percent export-oriented granite manufacturing plant 21 years ago. He ventured into medical business in 1996 and has since been in the healthcare and life sciences industry. He is presently the CEO and Managing Director for Sandor Proteomics and Sandor Medicaids.

During his 25 years of Industry experience in Fortune 500 companies like Ingersoll Rand where he served as Assistant GM (Marketing & Sales) and Emerson Electric, he has received various international awards for his innovation and managerial expertise.

  Dr. (Col) C.S.Pant is a former president of Indian Radiological and Imagining Association and a member of the advisory board. He is the former head of the scanning department at the institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences in North Delhi.
  
  Dr. (Col) C.S.Pant has also authored a book titled 'Atlas on Breast Imaging' and he enjoys the distinction of introducing the concept of screening healthy women for breast cancer with mammography, Ultrasound and Pap smear technology. His efforts led to the development and successful deployment of India's first 'Mobile Clinic and Research Unit. He has been awarded several times including the Vishist Seva Medal, which was presented by the president of India.
